Summary of Site Visitation
Five Most Significant Areas of Strength:
1. We were impressed with St. Mary's parish, community, parents, and staff's commitment to carry out the educational mission of the school.
2. The commitment of the parish to build this new facility to educate all the members of the community.
3. The commitment of St. Mary's to pay a just and fair wage to all employees.
4. The comprehensive curriculum attempts to meet various student needs.
5. The staff models Catholic Christian values.
Five Most Significant Areas of Challenge:
1. Completion of the Catholic Identity Standard.
2. Developing a process to address uncollected tuition where a need is not apparent.
3. The written curriculum needs to reflect what they actually are doing; therefore, it needs to be reviewed and rewritten when subject areas are assessed.
4. Continue to implement instruction and assessment models.
5. Develop a written Marketing Plan.
